“Good room, good employees. Very satisfied”

“We stayed a week at this hotel and it was a fantastic experience. The suites are large very well appointed both bathroom and kitchen (stovetop, large microwave, large fridge, dishwasher, sink). The staff were extremely professional and incredibly competent. The breakfast was fantastic and varied every day of our stay. I didn't patronize the bar, but one is available and it looks very clean and sleek. Housekeeping was great. Parking is free and the lot is very large. Be aware that due to……

“The room was clean and the staff were friendly. There was a pool onsite and I think maybe a gym but we didn't use them. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. The breakfast left a little to be desired. There was a waffle maker...but only one. There were bread, cereal and yogurt options but not much for protein other than hard-boiled eggs. It's light fare but there are lots of restaurants nearby. We had a nice stay overall and would stay again.”

“A cozy house just south of downtown (just north of the ferry dock). We had the guest suite (downstairs), which had a minor disadvantage of pipes running across the ceiling, but otherwise, it was well soundproofed and got good light from outside. Breakfast was provided each morning and was a mix of berries, fruits, yoghurts, and scrambled eggs. The hosts (and their three dogs) ere wonderful people, very friendly, with a lot of hospitality experience. Would stay again!”

“Great location, right in the middle of town. Able to walk to many restaurants. Right next door is Jim's Sub Shop - great breakfast served. Staff at hotel very friendly, knowledgeable about recommendations. Loved the casual vibe of the hotel, including the decor. Lovely to have tea and coffee available all day. Nespresso machines in each room is a plus. Room was very clean, as was the bathroom. Large room, space for 2 armchairs in front of the TV in our room. Parking is public parking……

“Stayed here for a solo getaway and had a great experience. The cabin was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The waterfront view was the highlight, waking up and relaxing by Lake Erie was incredibly peaceful. “the "accessible" room did not have a wheelchair accessible shower. There was a step to access the shower, and it wasn`t possible to reach the shower controls from the bench. I needed to switch to a regular room with a tub. Staff were helpful in resolving the issue, but "accessible" rooms should be verified that they actually are accessible.”
