「酒店位置附近食店不少，超級市場及便利店亦俱備。有巴士服務可以去到火車站到其他城市。四周環境寧靜舒適。」

「A business trip and had a commercial meeting at ESSAX suite, everything was well! Service was nice, restaurant offers typical British breakfast. Only a problem, the air conditioner will be re-set to the low temperature randomly. 」

「IT'S A quiet place near the high way,there no public transport to hotel,you must take taxi from airport to hotel 10 pounds,no restaurant only has fast food shops here.」

「预定的是三人间，打印订单上显示也是三人间，结果入住的时候还要收取人头费15磅，垃圾的很。找HOTEL.COM沟通也没有结果。而一张床加一战沙发床，自己铺的，还要收人头费，第一次遇到这样的。酒店开在服务区里面的，地段就别提了。」
