The hotel itself was very nice however the customer service could do with improvements. We wasn’t told where the room was and had to wander around to find it. The tea and coffee facilities are outdated and could do with an upgrade. On check out we gave our keys back in and there was no conversation, usually the reception asks if the stay was ok and Thankyou for staying but the staff were cold. The breakfast was fantastic and the staff working the food area were fantastic - great customer service and very attentive.

Lovely stay in a very comfortable hotel. The restaurant was fantastic for a big dinner and then breakfast in the morning. The room was big, so was the bath and the bed! Would definitely stay here again.

Great stay at Delta

Great stay at the Delta. Staff were really helpful and my room met expectations and was spacious, clean and comfortable. I will be returning here on my next visit to the area.

Me and my friend stayed here for a concert at Tottenham Stadium, the staff were amazing and very helpful. The room we had was perfect the only downside we had to the room was no over head lighting, we had to rely on lamps dotted around the room which werent that bright when were trying to get ready for the concert. The nearest tube was a 25min walk away from the hotel meaning we had to use uber for transport but this was easy and very quick(quite expensive at times). We would 100% definitely book to stay here again and we highly recommend this to anyone

Last minute stay

Really happy with our choice to stay near the M25. Location very good. Hotel staff welcoming. Bar area very inviting. Rooms had everything we needed and very nicely furnished. Bedding good and the best of all (for me as a complete pillow snob!) these were the best! Breakfast variety very good and the whole area clean and spacious Great stay!
