Liked: Cleanliness
Disliked: Staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Stayed for 8 days. The rooms were well-maintained. The location was great. The room size was on par to other hotels of a similar price.
The check-in staff were contradictory. Some said that you would get bedsheets changed every 3 days, some said you would get it if you asked, some said you would never get your sheets changed. Similarly with the towels. The room, without the changing of the sheets, felt dirty because of that.
It has a gym but only open at unhelpful hours (10am-10pm; but those are also prime tourist / exploring hours). I was glad they had a laundry room although I never had to use it.
If you stay on the second floor, you will hear the loudspeaker of the Sushi restaurant below calling out table numbers all day long.
They would make your bed every 3 days for "eco cleaning". Yet their breakfast used purely disposable items (cutlery, plates, cups, bowls). The only thing "eco" about their breakfast was their general lack of meat products.
For a similar price, you can stay at other hotels (eg., Hotel Midtown Richardson) which has daily housekeeping and a sizeable breakfast.
I would stay here if it was a 1-2 night stay; I would stay elsewhere if it were anything longer.
