“Overall, I enjoyed my stay there. The brooms were clean. I wish they can give you more variety for breakfast though I will give you one coffee you should be able to get more coffee if you want to love the new swim up bar area that’s a very nice. It’s improved the Property immensely.”

“Everyone we interacted with was friendly and courteous. Even the "nature view" casitas can still see the ocean, and we loved having our own private pool, although the hotel pool is beautiful, too. The adventure experiences with Jorge were highlights of the trip—we did an ebike tour and learned how to eFoil on the river, neither of which we'd ever done before. “This place was terrible, very unclean and bugs in the walls. Reached out to all numbers provided (phone, WhatsApp etc) to report the conditions of the place and did not receive a response. I do not recommend this place at all … terrible terrible unsanitary experience. The female security was the only good experience, she was very kind and respectful. ”

“The nearby beaches! We didn’t swim, but got excellent photos and videos with sunset and sunrise. It’s almost 2-hour drive from the SJ airport, we picked it for the expected quiet and beautiful environment, and we got that. The unit is very spacious, nice and clean, partial ocean view from the balcony. ”

“This place is an absolute scam, they asked me for my ID and a zelle payment as a deposit for the property, I waited over 4 hours and was never given any information as to how to access the property. We were locked out past midnight trying to access the place we had already paid the deposit and the nightly fee. We had to contact Expedia and luckily they were able to set us up with accommodations that were not super convenient however we were grateful. I have messaged the owner multiple times with……

“The jacuzzi was out of order. The complimentary in-room water bottles had been opened prior to our arrival, and despite our request for replacements, none were provided. The beach towels were notably thin. Furthermore, the beach access point presented safety concerns. Finally, the television operation was not adequately explained.”
