“Great property with breathtaking views from the hills. The house is updated, clean, and fully stocked with everything you need for a comfortable vacation. Finding the place can be a bit of a challenge, but communication with Jamila was excellent—she responded immediately and led us right to the property. The included beach gear was a wonderful, thoughtful touch.”

“Nice for what we needed pool close, we didnt rent a car so be advised condo is up a big hill , if going to beach you have to walk a ways, if you have mobility issue you may need a car , Suzi bar was great every one friendly. Michael the host is very responsive.”

“The place was well appointed. It had all of the basic necessities - shampoo, etc, dish soap, laundry detergent… it was clean and all of the instructions were clear. Amazing view of the harbor from our room as well! Two very very little things - I never found a cutting board in the kitchen and there were power stip outlets on both bedside tables in the MBr, but the one closest to the door did not work. Would definitely come back to this spot!”

“Staff on property were very nice and helpful. We had an issue with our main TV and they worked with us to solve it. The location is great and the view is amazing. Pools are beautiful. The unit has fans and ac units so it is very comfortable. The bed is large but FIRM. The stove was clean but took forever to cook things. Maybe an electric problem but plan on it will take 20 minutes to cook scrambled eggs.. for real. Thanks Raleigh for renting to us and the description was accurate.”

“The Mermaid’s Pearl was a comfortable fit for my son (19) and me. It is located in a quiet complex with a beautiful view from the balcony. The studio is a perfect size for two people and was very clean. We enjoyed the local restaurant (Sudi’s) and the pool just outside the front door, as well as the short walk to the Safire Beach complex (local coffee shop and eateries on the beach). We also walked into Red Hook which took about 20 minutes. Red Hook is small but has plenty of little shops and……

“Such an amazing place to stay at St. Johns. Very clean, comfortable and cool. Balcony was exceptional and they had snorkeling gear which was so cool! Will definitely return. This was our 2nd time at st . John's”

“The resort property is run down and needs some major attention. The inside of our condo was nice and the view was great. The beach would have been ok had it not been for high winds and sargasm. We never could figure out how to get to the top pool. The resort isn’t easy to navigate.”
