Galleon House Hotel
A lot of stairs. Room was not cleaned upon request. Same sheets/towels for 9 days. Had to request toilet paper. Have stayed at several places in the area and I have never rated anything this horrible. Could not wait to leave. Parking was always a challenge. Pool was very nice. Breakfast was special. ...

Flamboyan on the Bay Resort and Villas
The staff was helpful especially Barbara (loved her). We were moved from our room twice due to assignment errors but they were quick to respond and correct the errors. They were very understanding of our frustration and made accommodations accordingly.
