Fun to watch the water plane take off and land …and the cruise ships come and go. Good food close by for breakfast and lunch that you can bring back and eat on the covered porch. Their landscaping on the property was fabulous and the pool was refreshing. ”

I had booked this trip for my honeymoon, but on the day I was supposed to fly out, the airline canceled all flights to St. Thomas. I called the hotel and spoke with someone at the front desk, who transferred me to the manager. “It rained the day we arrived and when we got there, the whole kitchen and living room were flooded and the rug was soaked for the whole 7 day trip so the whole house stunk of mildew the entire trip. We woke up sick every morning from breathing in the nasty air all night. I dont know if someone left the front door open allowing the rain water to come in during the storm but we would’ve enjoyed our trip better if we didn’t get sick every time we were in the house. “The space itself is beautiful and the view is amazing however- thereis a washer and dryer on the photos but no washer and dryer in the actual room or on the property, there is a television in the room however upon my children turning it on, it was completely broken-displaying a white screen with a huge black splotch and lines and there were stains on our bedsheets, in both bedrooms and on a pillowcase. Communication with the property owners was fast and reliable. We notified them of the stains……

“First of all this is not a 24/7 hands on place at all. The front desk only works from 8am to 10 pm. So if you have anything that you need you won't get it. If the pipe burst, need towels, light bulb you won't be able to get anything ontil that time. So emergency around that time isn't available. Outside my room iheard a loud bang. It was glass that was broken by whom I don't know I was too scared to go and find out. That happened the 2nd night. They need to make that gate higher anyone can……
