“I’ve traveled to various European destinations in Mexico and South America, but I’ve never encountered a five-star hotel with such a poorly maintained system. “My fiancé and I stayed 3 nights here in March and while I wouldn't call it a 5-star hotel, we had an excellent experience.
Something to consider when staying here is that it is located about 40 minutes away from the main city area (Christiansted) and the roads leading up the hotel get narrow and the cell service gets shotty. The drive is so far out that some Uber drivers decline your ride because they do not want to drive out that far. I would def let them drive instead of renting if you are……

“Our room wasn’t ready and we had to wait quite awhile. There were never cookies in the lounge; always an empty try.
Ran out of in room coffee packets and hotel said they didn’t have anymore.
They brought blankets and sheets to the sofa bed upon request but only one pillow.
Rooms were ok but just need a deep clean to get all the sand out of them.
Hotel rooms inside ok, but outside needs updates with rotting wood.
Stag just weren’t friendly. The young guy in the evening was nice but the……

“El desayuno estuvo muy bueno, sin embargo, deben mejorar considerablemente el área de frutas y postres, ya que resultaba muy desagradable la cantidad de moscas presentes.
El buffet de la noche no tenía rotación de alimentos; en varias ocasiones la comida permanecía igual por mucho tiempo y no se veía muy atractiva en cuanto a sabor y presentación.
Le doy 5 estrellas al área del bar, ya que todo lo que probé allí estuvo excelente.
