"Clean"

"We were placed on the first floor next to the staff areas. We had two doors being opened and slammed from 10pm all through the night at various times 1am, 3am, 6am, 8am. It continued to wake us up and the rooms usually are very well sound proof to other noises but this room had ZERO! You could hear everything and everyone. It very inconsiderate of the staff to slam the doors all through the night going in and out of the side door. This was the worst stay that we have had at pikes. We stay very frequently!"

"The room was clean but small. The room took a long time to warm up and I couldn't find an extra blanket. I was cold all night. To there Credit they did take 30.00 dollars of. Of my bill. I appreciated that. The exhaust fan in the bathroom did not work. I would probably stay there again."

"I booked this hotel for the on site kitchen and free breakfast. There was no free breakfast or offer thereof. The checkin was cordial at best and in a nearby building, as advertised. The heated floors were great, however, the rest of the building, accommodations, kitchen amenities are very basic, but all work. "
