A month in Paradise!

The off season in FL is the best! May was beautiful and the community is a resort with every amenity you can think of! One negative with this property, and only for some folks, are the outside stairs. There is not an elevator on this 2 level building.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay was made completely carefree by the RGSWFL. They communicated detailed instructions, provided prompt responses and support whenever we had questions.We dealt with three different team members and they were all professional and friendly. We had no hesitation to book the same condo for next year at the same time. As for the condo unit, it was clean and nicely furnished. It fit our needs perfectly. If there was any suggestion we could make, it would be for some updating of cooking pans, and perhaps a new set of chairs for the balcony. The existing chairs are becoming worn through.Looking forward to next year.L Phillips, Torotnto

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pelican Sound is wonderful, active community with extensive recreational facilities. The unit has a fantastic, expansive view of golf course and water. The unit itself is comfortable for four and adequately furnished. It could use a few more utilitarian items, such as more plates and dishes, juice glasses and beach paraphernalia, but these are minor inconveniences. We would stay here again.
