We have stayed here multiple times and loved it in the past. But they definitely seemed to be having less and less amenities and care about their clients. You can't even get a bottle of water or anything to drink if you need something to drink anywhere on the property. The front desk staff could care less about the questions that I was asking them and was getting like short one word answers from two different staff members on two different days it was like I was bothering them by asking them questions about the area or where I can go get some things to drink. Apparently the hot tub also closes at 8:30 p.m. which seems very early for any hotel anywhere. The rooms are just very dated from the last few times we stayed there, tv's are like 24 inch with no smart features at all, cant even pull up netflix or any other streaming or movie features. it is a comfortable room despite all this. This was our probably fourth time there but I think we will check out another place next time

The place was beautiful, the room very comfortable, the jacuzzi stopped working and we could only use it as a hot tub, we never found out why. The maids were excellent. We were never able to use the televisions, we couldn't program them. But overall we felt comfortable

Came for a last minute girls trip, and was so pleasantly surprised by both our room (family suite) and the property. We enjoyed the pool and outdoor hot tub in the snow and spent the rest of our time going to some of our favorite spots in Estes. Will most definitely be returning:)

The inn was clean and located very close to downtown Estes Park and RMNP. But the room we stayed in, Building C, is not ideal to have a quiet time. When we stayed at Appenzell Inn, the third floor was occupied and we could hear all the footsteps, door sliding, and loud conversations. Albeit all of that stopped at 10 PM/quiet time. My advice to future guests, if you decide to stay at this Inn, do not stay on Building C.

Loved staying at the Appenzell Inn. The room was super clean, had a kitchenette that had everything you needed to cook your own meals, the fireplace kept the room warm to where you didn't need the regular heater, and the staff running the check-in office were very friendly, efficient, and set up a great continental breakfast. The inn is just far away enough from Estes Park to have a peaceful stay. I highly recommend using this inn for any visits.
