Great home. Usually do not like to stay this close to the owner, but the unit is sparkling clean (truly) super well equipped and very close to everything both in Estes Park and in the Park. Would stay there again in a heartbeat GG

My daughter and I stayed here for a week and had an excellent experience. The apartment was very clean and it had everything we needed, and more! Check-in was easy and the owners were very communicative. The location was perfect and we will definitely stay here again the next time we’re in Estes Park.

A Nice Quiet Stay

My assistant and I filmed a wedding in Estes park, and needed to stay overnight, and this place was a great spot for us to recharge after a full day. Nice one bedroom loft that is modern and quiet.

Cute loft, great location

My husband and I don’t usually like to stay in places attached to someone’s home, but this place looked too nice to pass up. We were so glad we decided to stay here! Not only was the inside soooo nice and clean, but it was a fantastic location in Estes. We will definitely be keeping this place in mind for the next time we stay in the area.

Spotlessly clean, quiet and close to everything

We loved spending our long weekend here. We generally rent an entire home but saw this loft and thought we’d give it a try. Sure glad we did! It was super clean, quiet and within walking distance of downtown. It had everything we could possibly need for a long weekend away. The bonus was watching the family of deer in the backyard as we were getting ready to leave. We have family in the area so we will definitely be back.

Perfect loft apartment for 2 people, or 4 if there are children.

Well designed. Perfect for our 50th Wedding Anniversary weekend. Clean and well stocked with all of the kitchen dishes, pots, pans and utensils that anyone would need. The bathroom is well equipped, as well. The property manager was very responsive and helpful. The owners are a very friendly and welcoming young couple. We would recommend this property highly and without reservation.
