Older home but very well kept. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Plenty of space when we’re in the house. Only drawback that wasn’t readily communicated or described was lack of air conditioning. It was quite warm the week we were in Estes Park.

Our stay was absolutely amazing and the property made everything so convenient. The kids kid run around and play and not be in everyone’s way which was so nice.

A beautiful find.

We couldnt have asked for anything nicer. This place was beauitiful as well as comfortable. We spent many nights out on that deck. Had such a wonderful time there we didmt want to come home.

Did not realize this was a duplex. However, could not tell anyone was beneath us the 8 days we were there. Very spacious! Great deck. Tons of deer and elk walking through the back yard. Amazing views of longs peak. Super close to down town.

The house was excellent. Very clean and comfortable. We were unaware that we did not have access to the whole house and the downstairs was occupied by I assume the property owners. The house was very quite and unless we had seen the other parties, we would not of know the downstairs was occupied. The wildlife around the area was amazing to see. We had a great time at the property and the house was everything we needed. I would recommend this property to any of my friends and family.
