Twin Pines is a beautiful 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath condo that sits right in the heart of Estes Park, surrounded by peaks of the Rockies. Step into the main floor of Twin Pines and you'll first notice the large entry leads to an open Great Room with a stone gas fireplace, flat-screen Smart TV, plenty of seating, a dining area, and a spacious kitchen. The large patio is off the Great Room features a propane grill and seating for some Rocky Mountain grill and chill time. The Master suite is located on the main floor off the living area. The Master bedroom features a King bed, attached bath with two sinks, a walk-in shower, and a large walk-in closet. The main level laundry room features a full-size washer and dryer. Head upstairs and you enter the loft seating area with a Queen sleeper sofa, and a large flat-screen Smart TV. Enjoy your mountain views and relax! There are two guest bedrooms upstairs, one with a Queen bed, one with a King bed. There is also a guest bathroom with a tub/shower combo. A two-car garage is an added advantage to vacationing in this mountain modern home. The garage is only for cars and small SUVs. Clearance is 76 inches maximum height. Only a short walking distance to Lake Estes, a favorite for fishermen, kayakers, bikers, and walkers. The Lake Estes Hiking Trail, surrounding the lake abounds in mountain views and wildlife habitats and connects to the river walk that winds throughout Estes Park. You can walk or drive to an abundance of coffee shops, restaurants, gift shops, and breweries. Timbers Townhomes HOA has a few rules. There is absolutely no smoking (including marijuana and vaping) inside or out, anywhere in the complex. These units are in close proximity to each other. Be aware that you are among the locals who work and you will need to reduce all noise after 9 pm. Reserve your vacation at Twin Pines today!

1 mile to downtown Estes Park, 3.41 miles to the (South) Beaver Meadows entrance of Rocky Mountain National Park and 6 miles to the (North) Fall River entrance of Rocky Mountain National Park.

Guest buys own soaps/paper items when provided starter kit items are depleted.

BEARS in the area - secure trash, lock doors and windows when leaving.

Local On-Call Staff available after hours for emergency issues only, i.e. gas leak, broken furnace, broken water line.

Plowing/shoveling is handled by the HOA and occurs when we have 4 inches of fresh snow on the ground prior to your arrival.

This complex has locals who work and has a strict regulation by HOA for quiet after 9 pm.

No loud parties.

This property is not zoned to allow parking of any large vehicles such as RVs and trailers.

Management provides a starter kit of amenities (an extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one extra roll of paper towels, 2-3 garbage bags, sample-sized bottles of shampoo and conditioner, small bar soap, 2-3 laundry powder packs, 4-5 dishwashing pods, and liquid dishwashing soap). Guests will need to provide or purchase additional toiletries and products as needed beyond this starter kit.

Long-term reservations of 14+ days require mid-stay property safety checks or mid-stay cleans, additional trash pickup services. These are charged to the guest, and charges can only be added after your reservation is made. Management will call the guest directly for payment for the following required services.

Great Stay

Our family gathered for the Christmas Holiday from all over the country. With 5 adults, we had plenty of space to gather, or have quiet time. The kitchen was well equipped and very functional. Easy access to RMNP. Do not use the fire pit due to weather. Grill worked our great and was easily accessible. Overall great stay!

What a beautiful house. Everything we needed! And plenty of room for all 7 of us. Only potential problem was our car didn't fit in the garage, but we just parked across the street in an open space. We'd love to come back again someday!

Estes is such an easy drive from Denver and the property could not have been better. It provided just the need our family of five needed and was so close to the lake with amazing sights including herds of Elk!
