“My TV didn't work properly when I checked in. I reported it to the front desk (Jasper I beleive) and he immediately came to my room to check it out, and was unable fix it. He then offered a new room or to wait for a technician. I opted for a new room, which he set up right away. He helped me move my luggage to the new room. I thought he did a super job of quicklly solving this problem.”
