「We booked to stay 2 nights, arrived on Friday which was a heatwave day and was told we would get a fan in our room. When there was no fan in the room, we were told they are all allocated out! When questioned the staff, we got attitude and the response was- fine, you can have my fan, I won't have one! The same night it was thunder and lightning so we left the doors open in our room, 3am we got around 30 - 40 wasps fly into our room landing on us! It was horrific. We called reception and 2 people...

「Visited as we had a family funeral with the wake being held at the Bannatyne hotel. As a family we couldn’t recommend it more, we were given a room upgrade which was lovely. Breakfast was excellent with great choice for everyone. Would definitely stay again.」

「Location is ideal for Lingfield races and East Grinstead. Greeted by helpful front of house staff. Breakfast was nicely cooked and lots of variety. All staff were polite and friendly. Bar was a little limited in choice of drinks but staff were polite and respectful. Outside seating area was under construction but plenty of room to sit peacefully and enjoy a morning cuppa. Overall a great stay 👍👍」
