We stayed 3 nights for a family wedding. Beautiful hotel with lovely grounds and good facilities. The room was spacious, well equipped and very comfortable. The spa is very nice. Breakfast good. staff helpful. Tunbridge Wells is a lovely town and worth a visit. Lots of restaurants and bars and the Pantiles area is a pleasant 15 minutes walk either along the road or through the wooded area beside the road that also runs past ‘The Rocks’ and the cricket ground.

Attentive staff, a beautiful room, and ideally situated for The Pantiles, with the beautiful park right on the doorstep. Even though it’s close to the road, it felt so quiet and safe. We loved our stay here, thank you! The only negative was breakfast on our last morning. We were charged for espresso drinks when what we received was actually filter coffee, which is included in the breakfast price. Having enjoyed some really good breakfasts in town that were also less expensive, we felt the hotel breakfast fell a little short in comparison.

Superb staff, all staff went out of their way to be friendly and helpful. Food was exquisite too every meal was fab in the Orangery and the bar. Beautiful hotel, just a short walk from Pantiles or you can catch the bus downhill. My only criticism was the taxi service provided by the hotel, they charged us 8 pounds to take us down the road to Pantiles which was overpriced. We didn't use that taxi service again.
