「Lovely and helpful staff. However the hot water was not working and some days no water was coming from the shower. The room was also very cold, but the staff did their best to bring heaters. They also supported us when we were unwell. We ended up leaving early, and unfortunately no refund was provided. However the staff are lovely people.」

「Don't let the uninviting parking lot fool you; the reception staff are pros and speak excellent English. I stayed in a bright, spacious Deluxe Room at the top of the hill. It was a bit stuffy at first, but opening the balcony doors fixed that. The bed is fantastic with clean linens and a great mosquito net—a huge plus! The modern bathroom is nice, though the shower is a bit of a prankster, spraying water everywhere except on the person standing in the middle.
There are some "new hotel" quirks:...
