You are in the heart of Eugene, this apartment complex has every thing you need. ESCAPE & enjoy the HOT TUB, POOL, gym, & racquetball.
10-15 min from the following:
-Gorgeous scenic bike trail
-Autzen Stadium for football.

Other things to note
HOT TUB RULES:
- Minors under 14 years must be supervised by adults and children under the age of 5 should not use the hot tub.
-Pregnant women, people with open wounds and health problems should not use the hot tub
- Please shower before using hot tub
especially if you have lotions on your skin
- Do not use hot tub during storms
- Max temperature 104 degrees F and 40C
- Max use time 15 min

-SWIM SUITS ONLY:
Please do not wear normal clothes or metallic jewelry in hot tub as they can introduce bacteria, and the hot tub chemicals can ruin clothes and jewelry.
- We recommend to shower after using the hot tub to wash off any chemicals from the hot tub water.
Remember there are certain health risks
-People using alcohol, narcotics, or other drugs that can cause drowsiness should not use hot tub without consulting with a doctor.

-Remember there are certain health risks associated with the use of hot tubs, Jacuzzis, saunas and/or swimming pool.

Please use with discretion and at your own responsibility. Hot Tubs are cleaned and chemically sanitized prior to each guest arrival.

We assume no responsibility for any occurrences with hot tub usage.

Best Experience Ever!

Everything about the apartment was perfect. The check in process was easy. The location was great. The cleanliness of the apartment surpassed all expectations. You could white glove the place it was that clean and for me this was so great because I am very much allergic to dust. The owner was very kind and helpful as well. I would text him and his response was almost immediate. Thank you for the absolute best experience myself and my family ever had anywhere!

Quiet safe apartment

We had such an amazing time staying in this clean and easy to access apartment. The welcome basket was such a wonderful treat. The pool and hot tub were a great bonus. We would stay here again and recommend it to anyone.

Great place to Stay

Loved the location, apartment complex, size of bedrooms & space for family. Perfect home away from home stay. Attended Spring Football game & liked that it was only 10 minutes from campus & about 20 from airport. Enjoyed the snacks & clean environment. Will definitely stay again! Would highly recommend.

Great location, clean, attentive host

We stay for one week, location was great for our needs. Parking was wonderful, one covered space. Apt. was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Host was attentive and reached out to make sure our stay was going well. We would stay here again!
