- Stay in a beautifully preserved 1922 Eugene landmark blending historic charm with modern comfort. Enjoy 5 king bedrooms, spacious gathering areas, a pool table, and private gated parking—perfect for families, wedding guests, graduations, and group getaways. Conveniently located near downtown Eugene, UO, Autzen Stadium, and the airport. "The 1410 Vault", our private basement experience, is available separately by arrangement.
Spend your days discovering Eugene, then return to settle in, reconnect, and make memories together.
The home is located along River Road, so some traffic noise may be noticeable at times.
Events, parties, additional visitors, and access to The 1410 Vault are not included with a standard reservation unless arranged and approved in advance. We appreciate guests treating the home and neighborhood with care and respect.
