Our expectations were exceeded. The apartment was bright, well laid out, and private, with nice landscaping. There is a private backyard, fully fenced.
Kathryn had coffee pods (delicious coffee), lots of creamers, tea, and even hot chocolate, along with several spices including sugar, salt, and pepper. She is indeed a premiere host as details in decor and anything you could expect like tissue, soap, shampoo; and those you would not expect like games, cold filtered water, and individually controlled heating for every room. The TV operated so simply w/lots of Smart options, including local channels and keeping up with CNN without cable with Samsung offering.
Kathryn kindly accommodated us to come early in the day as our home was undergoing reno. So happy to have found this mid-century modern gem. Park your car in the garage!
