Custom-designed guest home inspired by an Italian Villa, nestled down a private gated drive. This calm and peaceful retreat feels tucked away, yet it’s just 12 minutes from the University of Oregon and close to Eugene’s golf courses, restaurants, and Willamette Valley wine country.

This airy guesthouse offers a bright and welcoming atmosphere with:

A small but functional kitchen for preparing light meals

An open living area with plenty of space to relax

Main floor bathroom and a sofa bed for additional sleeping options

Bedroom upstairs for added privacy (note: stairs required)

Outdoor patio with dining area to enjoy your morning coffee or evening wine

Important to Note:

The guesthouse shares a wall with a garage, but the inner door has a deadbolt and locks securely from inside the guest space.

The pool on the property is not accessible to guests.

Located in a great neighborhood. Neighbors are very friendly. Rental is cleanly and comfortable.

Enjoyed the stay and felt secure with the gate and our car being loaded with many tech valuables for my son’s dorm. Much better than worrying about security of a parking garage with so many families in Eugene for the same reason.
