Welcome to The Mixture, the house with a little bit of everything! This 3 bed, 2 bath home features a dream backyard with a hot tub, above-ground pool, gas fire pit, and a large covered patio complete with an outdoor dining set and TV. Inside, enjoy two living rooms, including one with a movie theater/game room setup. The spacious master bedroom boasts a 4K smart TV and a unique shower that opens directly to the backyard, ensuring easy access after a relaxing soak in the pool or hot tub.

The kitchen at comes fully stocked with everything you need to get your chef on. You`ll find high-quality cookware, utensils, and appliances, including a microwave, blender, and coffee maker. With ample counter space and a full set of dishes and glassware, preparing and enjoying meals will be a breeze. Whether you`re whipping up a quick breakfast or a gourmet dinner, this kitchen has you covered.

The backyard is perfect for gamedays and cookouts, featuring a large covered patio with a TV for watching your favorite teams while grilling up a feast. Gather around the gas fire pit for s`mores and stories, or take a dip in the pool and hot tub to unwind. It's got that Hayward Magic

This is a fantastic rental property for groups of all ages and stages. We came over for the Oregon High School State Track and Field Championships. My son was jazzed when we opened the door to the "bro cave" and declared it his zone! Super comfortable for hanging both inside and outside. Space for people to separate and be happy with whatever they want to do. Beds really comfy and the primary suite is really a treat! We found the kitchen had everything we needed to cook a fine spaghetti feast for his carbo loaded dinners. It's very convenient to a good grocery store, a terrific off leash dog park and great access to Hayward Field and all the other stadiums, too! We couldn't be happier with the clear and kind communication from our host. We would absolutely recommend it as a great find in Track Town USA!

Great for family trips

We were in town for the Oregon Logging Conference, and really enjoyed this property. The backyard is really nice, we all liked watching family movies on the tv while we were in the hot tub, and playing the cornhole boards that were there. The game room was a favorite of our kids, and the layout of the house is nice, gives plenty of space for everyone.

Very comfortable

This is a great property in a quiet neighborhood. I would have liked a kitchen better suited for people who cook and a coffee maker other than a Keurig. The rest of the home has more amenities than you really need.
