Beautiful house walking distance to campus

Beautiful house within walking distance of restaurants and parks. The house was fully stocked with kitchen ware and the coffee selection was spot on! I recommend staying here!

Perfect for U of O visit

The house was the perfect location near campus. Everything was just as described and the communication with property management was quick, courteous and friendly overall excellent. We will stay again with a large group as everyone had their own space.

Great house in a great location

This was an awesome property for our family and friends to stay for a track meet. 4 nice large rooms, a very well stocked kitchen, lovely living areas upstairs and downstairs and a great fully fenced in backyard with lots of games in the garage to play back there. We had a really great weekend here and would stay again in a heartbeat. Renata was an excellent host and always responded when we had questions.

Lovely home and yard, easy access to UO

We were in town to meet up with long-time Eugene friends. The house was perfect for easy gatherings in the backyard and pool room. Very fun design, great back yard, and easy access to the UO.

Comfort close to Hayward

The house was a perfect place to stay with an easy walk to Hayward. Very clean, comfortable, and well kept. It was exactly as described in the listing! The host was amazing and so easy to work with. A+

Property was everything we expected. Great location, close to the University and conveniences. Very clean and spacious inside and out. Manager was very quick and responsive to all questions. Overall we are very pleased with our stay at this beautiful home.

Great place for a family gathering

We met up with family traveling the Northwest and spent a few days together at Renata’s beautiful home in Eugene. It was extremely comfortable and well stocked. Having two floors made it nice for folks to step away from the whirlwind of conversation, eating and playing board games. Even though we were without power for most of one day due to some very wild weather , we were able to easily locate flashlights and lighters so we could make tea. This house would be even more fun when the weather is mild enough to use the BBQ and the sweet backyard. This would be a fabulous house to celebrate a University of Oregon graduation with extended family!
