「Didn’t even stay once I entered the room」

「Clean room, great staff, good breakfast, comfortable bed, great parking. Very pleased.」

「My stay was not very comfortable. The air conditioner was caked with dust/dirt, the paint from the wall was bubbling, falling off the wall, there were holes in the shower, there was such a big gap underneath the door someone literally could have laid down, looked under my door and seen inside the room. My room also had bugs! The cleaning staff was also loud as all get out all hours of the night, slamming doors, slamming their rolling cart all down the hallways. I paid almost $200 for two nights...

「Due to the time of the year of my stay, there was a lot of humidity in the area, so I had to set the thermostat on the AC to 70°F on high in order to keep the room dry. Since there’s no carpeting and only tile and flooring, the floors would get very wet and slippery. I have a physical disability, which affects my mobility and I use crutches to walk with. When I informed the staff that the floor was too slippery, they quickly brought some towels to keep the floors dry until the room was dry...

「i didn't like anything about the property the moment I got there I was very disappointed the shower had mold in it the bed at mice/ rat droppings I had to go to the store and get stuff to clean the shower before taking one I was so disappointed I checked out the day before and went to another hotel went to talk to the manager about the situation he was VERY! ugly and said he hears this all the time and was told that I would contact carpet he said go ahead I wood never recommend this hotel to...

「The air condition was set on low and could not change it higher. We put our baseball fans on so it was good. The room and pool were clean so we did not complain. The breakfast could have had fruit, eggs and waffle machine like most free breakfast has. and no elevators> That did not bother us. However, some need elevators and carts to stay longer. We only stayed one day night.」
