Enjoy peace and quiet with the whole family near the redwoods, ocean, and golf course! Newly renovated this stylish 3 bedroom house has all the amenities and everything you will need for a luxurious stay. Large deck, living area, dining area, full kitchen, 3 bedrooms with 2 King size beds and 1 Queen size bed, 2 bathrooms with 1 bath tub included as well as Smart TVs in each bedroom, Wifi, and board games. Off street parking is available.

Outside was a bit run down trash was full from previous guest, and there were ants alot of ants I had to use home defense to get rid of them. Other than that I home was perfect for a family gathering nice open space to cook and socialize . Host was easy to communicate with. Small issues that can be fixed easily. I would stay again

The inside is really good. There are a number of areas needing patch and paint, lightbulbs out etc. The outside of the property is poorly maintained and looks rundown.

Would not suggest staying here.

The space was very dirty- every single room had trash from previous people including used toilet paper around the beds in the bedrooms, sticky smears on surfaces and the floors. There was even broken glass shards left on the ground around the table. The fridge and freezer were filthy, all the silverwear was dirty- food crusted on to each piece of silverwear. The only small food storage container was full of mold. I litterally spent the first 2 hours cleaning before I could even bring anything into the house. The basic amenities you would expect at a VRBO were poor quality to non existent. The sliding door that goes to the porch had a broken lock, so we couldnt even lock up properly. There was a huge ant infestation that we had to go buy supplies to deal with, the roof leaked on us and our food in the kitchen, the trash can was over half full with not enough space to dispose of our trash, there were no cleaning supplies provided to even deal with the filth that we came into and there were no directions as to what needed to be done for checkout. This rental was over priced for how low quality it was and I would NEVER suggest staying there to anyone I know...

Very nice place!

Clean, comfortable, and quiet. Well stocked home with plenty of space. My only complaint was the hot tub not working…and from the looks of it, it hasn’t functioned in some time.

Outside needs work

Stayed Friday to Monday. Couldn’t get ahold of host to get entry instructions had to call owner. Inside very nice and clean. Had some outlets with no cover plates(not safe for children). The outside is not useable nor is the hot tub (dirty). Very disappointed kids. Outside needs cleaning and painting. There were no check out instructions and tried to contact host but received no response. There is no ice maker not hooked up.
