「For the service highlight: The tall, thin man, who helped us with our luggage, always with big smiles on his face and greeted guests when they were back hotel. And after we called for room air problems, he came to see the air conditioner thing and helped us to change a room with window. Special thanks to him! 「We driven to Vilnius from Siauliai city, it tooks us almost three hours. The hotel looks not big but inside the room is nice, reception lady very kind and provide us enough information. We also had a nice breakfast there. So far all good, but one thing is there's a bit noise during the night, which made me a sleepless night. Hope this can be better in future.」

「I was surprised by its very nice and free breakfast. You can order meals from the breakfast menu and your meal was served by a very beautiful and delightful food decoration. That's very nice.」

「There are shops around the hotel, not too noise But you get what you need. The room is clear and new. The staffs are kind and really willing to help. Although there is no elevator but only 2 floor up from the ground to the reception. Many of the sight seeing places are walking distance. Highly recommended! 」

「A very nice hotel situated in the centre of the old town. The room is very nice, luxury, beautiful and clean. Staff is friendly. Breakfast is great. However my room is a little bit far from the lift while the signs are not clear - easy to get lost. And the hotel is a quite far from public transport so i need to take a taxi/uber to transfer from/to the train/coach stations.」

「Aivan mahtava hotelli, jossa kaikki pyynnöt ja toivomukset huomioidaan ja toteutetaan! Loistava sijainti, josta pääsee 10 minuutin kävelyllä vanhan kaupungin sydämeen. Ihan hotellin vierestä kulkee julkinen liikenne, jolla pääsee myös pidemmäillekin matkoille. Hotellin kuvaus oli todella täsmällinen ja kaikki palvelut olivat hyviä!」
