"Clean room, friendly staff, and great location!"

"My husband and I stayed here for one night on our way home from a 3-week trip across several countries in Europe, and what a special treat it was to end the trip on such a luxurious note! The rooms are modern, yet classic - the bed was by far the most comfortable bed we slept on the entire trip, and every detail of the rooms and common areas / lobby felt thought out and very intentional. The staff were so lovely and helped us when we needed some amenities brought to the room, very quick and...

"Room was small and basic, but was clean, comfortable, and everything was in good working order. 5 minute walk from the Hauptbahnhof was perfect for my needs. Easy to access with instructions sent by message beforehand, so make sure you're able to access messages on the day of check-in."

"Clean room, helping staff"

"I thing the place is a bit misdecribed. Receptionist was very arrogant and unfriendly at the beginning but after i put my attitude he was okay. I have Asked for room cleaning and for a washing liquid for the kitchen 3 times in 3 days row and got the room cleaned at the 4th day. And it wasn't cleaned, they have just changed the towels and emptied the bin. Such a ignorant people form Receptionist to the housekeepers. Never again"
