"Everything was wonderful except that we were given a handicapped room without notification, so our shower was pretty much a few inches from the toilet."

"We stayed in the newer building and it was a quiet night of sleep. The showers are weird in that they are prefabricated units installed in the room. I felt like I was showering in a big porta-John. No issues though. No frills but at $170 night I was surprised. Nonetheless the convenience of being by the airport for a return flight was great."

"Excellent, personable, and English-friendly service from both check in and check out staff. We were able to store our luggage starting in the morning before check in later that afternoon. We also really appreciated the happy hour at the hotel bar; service was excellent there. We had to check out around 5am to make a flight and the hotel was nice enough to give us a to go breakfast of packaged foods. The room was comfortable and clean. Excellent location close to restaurants and Centrale station. The one area to improve is the WiFi; the speed is so slow it is basically unusable. Otherwise, this was a wonderful hotel experience that exceeded our expectations; terrific value for the price. We would be happy to return to Hotel Berna if we are lucky enough to find ourselves in Milan again!"
