“Es war ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt! Von außen sieht das Hotel unscheinbar aus, aber innen ein Traum. Top Ausstattung! Der große Kamin im Winter bestimmt herrlich, die Terrasse im Sommer ein Traum. Das Personal war von Anhieb super freundlich, professionell und sehr humorvoll. Das hatte meinen anstrengenden Tag aufgelockert. “We have pleased our accomodation in general. Hotel has a beautiful design which suits it's name. Quite comfortable rooms, very helpful and polite staff. Thanks to receptionist who made our check in 10 July night shift and helped us about broken coffee machine. Hotel says they give travel card for public transport and provide free access to swimming pool in Olten. (We didn't use them no comment about it)
Negatives: Breakfast is not diverse enough. Coffee machines needs maintenance and cleaning.……

Receptionists are extremely friendly and very helpful. Hotel' restaurant is serving very good foods, location is only 5-7 mins walk from train station. Beautiful river view from window, free beverages and fruits is really a plus! If you have a light luggage or capable to handle heavy one by stairs, the hotel is what you really need.
