Everything is good. Clean, comfortable, near train station, walking distant for supermarkets but one thing there’s no nearby of halal food eatery there.

This was a last minute booking. Was a nice quiet hotel stay. Room was clean with a nice balcony. Only thing that would make it better is Air Conditioning or at least a room fan when the weather is hot.

Easy & clean

Check-in was super easy! We check-in late night so never received check-in instructions, but called the hotel number & the staff member explained the kiosk system! Brilliant! Room was super clean & the building smelled clean, weird I know but rare in Europe!

Terrible place

When check in it was terrible as it's difficult to use the machines to check in. The place is clean but canot sleep as there is no air conditioning & if opened the door also canot sleep from the smelly of cows as if you are in farm & the noise of the car all night as if you are sleeping in the street kitchens if empty of any kitchen utility

Impossible de s’enregistrer. Quand on téléphone au numéro d’urgence indiqué, ils ne parlent que allemand et anglais. Nous sommes en Suisse et en Suisse nous avons 3 voir 4 langues officielles. Français, Italien, allemand et Romanche…. Nous, ne parlons que Italien et Français. Au bout du fil, personne n’a pris la peine de trouver une solution pour nous comprendre. Au final on à du trouver un autre Hôtel et sans aucun remboursement de leur part….

Das Hotel haben wir als Zwischenstopp unserer Reise nach Italien genutzt. Außer dem etwas holprigen Checkin am Automaten hatten wir nichts zu beanstanden. Positiv: ein kleiner Wagen im Flur mit Snacks und Kaffee fürs Frühstück!

La limpieza muy bien, las instalaciones bastante nuevas. El sofá cama bastante incómodo al igual que las almohadas. Además, nos encontramos con que los utensilios de cocina estaban con candado, cuando confirmé al hacer la reserva que se podían usar. Intenté contactar con el teléfono del alojamiento y no hubo contestación ninguna al igual que por mensaje. Había un cartel que ponía que no se puede usar la cocina en estancias de menos de 4 semanas, lo que es una vergüenza.

Self Check-in geht nicht

Self Check--in funktioniert nicht. Ich übernachte geschäftlich fast jede Woche einmal hier. Die letzten 3 Male musste ich anrufen, weil der Self Check-in nie funktionierte. Gestern brauchte es eine Stunde, bis ich die Zimmerkarte bekam. Tut etwas, damit es funktioniert! Sonst werde ich eine andere Unterkunft suchen müssen.

Komfortabel

Komfortable und grosse Studios und Apartments zu fairem Preis. Alle mit Terrasse oder Balkon. Self Check-in, der einfach geht. In den Zimmern gibt's keine Kaffeemaschine. Dafür eine in der 1. Etage, wo's auch Butterbrezel gibt.
