What a treat to have all the amenities available in one location! We looked forward to every morning and returning in the evening to enjoy the spa services. Beautiful hotel! Only downside was the lighting in the room was very dark in the evenings. Would highly recommend this hotel and if we ever return, we would stay here again!

The staff service was excellent, offering guides of the local area. Nothing was a problem. Breakfast provided lots of healthy options. The view was obscured by nearby buildings for photo opportunities, but still you could see the majority.

This hotel saved us when we realized we were no longer camper van people. I went from showering in freezing cold water to the most glorious and beautiful bathroom! I went from sleeping in fetal position to the softest linens and pillows… I went from a grocery store breakfast, to the best hotel breakfast of my life!!! Would 10000% stay here again. The spa alone would make me come back. We also love the hotel bar, it’s actually the reason we booked the hotel! We got a drink and the next night… no more camping!!!!

Our stay at BG was five stars in every way. The location is ideal and within walking distance to so many great activities. This helped us make the most of our stay in the Alps. The staff was Friendly and helpful and the amenities truly made it a relaxing and special trip. There are several different saunas, an outdoor jacuzzi and indoor swimming pool which were easy to use at all different times. The view of the Eiger from our room was the most breathtaking view either of us have ever had. We can’t recommend this hotel enough and are already planning our next stay here!

Great hotel! Nicely designed, staff are friendly and helpful. Get the breakfast - wide variety of options including healthy ones. The train drop off came in handy (hello Pedro!) Gym and pools are also nicely maintained and with the latest equipment. Just be aware that it’s uphill, in case you have luggage and there’s no pickup service available. Only 6 minutes from the main Grindewald train station. Choose the Mountain View - the view and the shadow of the Eiger make it all worth it!

Our stay at the Bergwelt was amazing.From start to finish the staff were fantastic,very friendly and helpful.The spa was so relaxing and all facilities and amenities were very clean.The indoor pool was very nice with a additional steam room which was a nice touch.The food at the hotel was fabulous we had the Mixed Grill which was amazing and I would highly recommend.Included in our stay was Breakfast which was fantastic everyday their was a wide range of options to suit all and the food was always delicious and fresh.I would definitely recommend this hotel any time of the year,as it was fabulous.We stayed in the luxury room which was very spacious and had a really nice balcony.Included in our stay was a free mini bar which was another massive bonus to our stay. We will definitely visit again.
