Back patio area covered off the living room. Living room has a 70" television. Half Bath downstairs. Wi-Fi in home accessible to guests. Plenty of parking that can accommodate up to 5 or 6 vehicles. Nearby grocery, tavern/bar, dining areas in Riverwood Shopping Center - can walk there. Spots include McDonalds, Mi Rancho, Top China, Ironwood Tavern, Wendys, Smoke N Barrels along with Publix, Woody's Spirits, and local coffee favorite Rooted Coffee House and of course, Starbucks.
Champions retreat golf course is a short 3-minute drive from the home. Guests will have access to 95% of home, wifi, television, utilization of the fridge and deep freezer in garage. Fresh linens and towels provided - no maid service for this stay, but plenty of towels and new linens for use. This is a family-owned residence in a nice low-key neighborhood.
