“This is one of the nicest properties I have stayed in. The host is super friendly and was excellent with communication. The location can be a little tricky to find but once you locate it you will appreciate how it is tucked away but very convenient to many areas of interest. I was visiting someone in the hospital and it is an easy drive to the Medical Center. I would suggest if going that way to just take Milledge to Walton as it is a nicer drive. “Ryan was a fabulous host. The home was perfect and his communication was spot on. Beds were excellent and the home looked like it was just recently remodeled. Showers were very roomy and water pressure is superb. We didn’t bring our dog but the large yard would have been perfect. Laundry room is nice with newer machines. Next time we are in Augusta this will be our first choice for sure. Checkout instructions were very simple and wasn’t very much work. Thanks Ryan for hosting us!”

“Our stay was wonderful! The home was exactly as pictured - so clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated! The host was kind and responsive. Everything we needed was easily accessible. There is access to the canal from the backyard, it is a short walk along a primitive path for a beautiful, serene nature view - absolutely gorgeous in the morning. We had a quick overnight trip, and I wished we could have stayed longer to really enjoy it. ”
