「Checked in and went to our room and the bathtub was not clean had hair all in it. The drain was clogged in the sink. Told front desk and they put us in a different room.」

「The front desk did not inform us about other amenities such as free breakfast or Wi-Fi until asked for. Upon arriving in our room, we were greeted by a roach. After complaining and switching rooms, there was no roach, but the fridge was stained with food stains and looked like it wasn’t cleaned for a while. The bedside USB charger was completely smashed and unusable. The bathroom/closet door doesn’t close all the way. 」

「I haven’t stayed at this property often but there rates caught my attention when looking for a room. I was impressed with the staff, the cleanliness of the rooms and property. It’s in a good location near many restaurant’s and other stores. Overall, it was a good stay.」

「My stay was disappointing overall. The hotel had several maintenance and service issues that affected the experience. The elevator was broken, which made it inconvenient to get around the property. Inside the room, the thermostat did not work properly. When I tried to adjust the temperature from 70 to 71 degrees, either the air conditioning would turn on full blast or the heater would turn on full blast. 「Staff walked in my room before checking out. Knobs on sink don't work and pop off when used. Knob on door broken and door would not close. Tub feels like is going to collapse in the middle and entire bathroom needs to be renovated. Walls looked dirty with old dirt caked on and crayon marks. The only plus was the quiet floor with the lack of guests checking in and most people are workers coming in/out.」
