Perfect for large family!

The Bear Den was everything we needed for us and two other families. Plenty of room and communication was impeccable. Highly recommended and am already looking to book again in the future!

Fun Family Vacation Spot

We stayed here for nearly a week with our sister and her husband. It was spacious and comfortable. We all thought this house would easily accommodate two families with kids. Teens would love it too as there are games to play as well as a video game player and football table . The owner was very helpful whenever we had questions. We’ll stay here again if we return to Greeley

Siblings weekend

This property is beautiful. The yard is nicely landscaped both front and back. Nice patio in back with a very nice dogrun. The house was very clean and accommodated our group very well. Plenty of room to eat and play table games. Easy to get to from I 25 and close to shopping. Easy to converse with owners and get quick responses. Very accommodating. We had a siblings weekend and appreciated having a nice place to stay together and enjoy our time together.

Perfect Family Home

The property manager was always prompt in answering our messages and phone calls. They supplied us with tons of information to make our stay amazing. The house is very clean and comfortable with two TV areas, a game room with foosball, and a large kitchen table to fit everyone for dinner. The beds are amazingly comfortable! Great location, about 1/2 mile from the main highway that goes through Greeley/Evans. Close to The University of Northern Colorado (took us 5 minutes to drive there). WalMart, Restaurants, and Target are just minutes away too. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay!
