I’m bad with names but the staff were courteous and friendly as well as helpful. My only disappointment was breakfast but that was because I wanted eggs and toast but only toast and no eggs.

Receptionist was very helpful. We needed an early check-in as my husband had an appointment in the hospital. They let us access the room at 12.30pm without extra charge. Our wish to have a quiet room was also granted by giving us a room on the 3rd floor away from the busy road. We had room 315 which was updated, nice and clean. All in all a pleasant stay.

Didn’t stay there- way too many bad reviews involving bedbugs and other horrible unpleasantness earned my wife’s veto. The front desk person was also not very nice when we courtesy called to cancel the room, knowing we would not get a refund. Spend a bit more to stay somewhere else.

I rented this place for my grandmother and some other family members and i assumed it would be clean and safe for them since every other red lion I’ve seen has been fairly nice. There was visual stains on the bed and they had a strange approach them on property while they were still in their car asking for a smoke.

Rooms were dirty and full of bugs and smells horrible. The staff were ignorate and they knew it was dirty and didn’t even say sorry or accommodate another clean room. Got the stay for 2 days but only stayed for one night and if we had another option we wouldn’t even stayed but came at 3 am and had babies and little kids. Worst place ever. It might have the name of red lion hotels but they have none of the standards

It wan alright stay. It was a bed and a roof. Other tenants were...loud. there were a few long dark hairs around the room...kinda gross. The breakfast is...the absolute basic you get in order to be considered a 3 star hotel. And not the greatest part of town. But there were some fun restaurants to visit.

Arrived the hallways smelled like urine and once arriving in our room the was hair in the sink bottle caps on the floor and the floor was sticky walked in the bathroom and it smelled gross tv didn't work told the front desk before leaving for dinner came back still not working informed staff they told us they were having issues with satellite i guess they expected us to sit and stare at ty he walls all night so I requested a refund they told me they could not because no manager on-site it was not until I threatened legal action was i refunded . I guess I expected a lot more from a red lion anyway avoid this place at all costs

Well the bed was comfortable, that's about it. Water pressure was non existent. Had to wait about 15 minutes to even get a luke warm shower. We were in a king suite and the TV in the living room didn't work. "Breakfast " was basically non existent. Provided a coffee maker but no coffee. Parking lot was sketchy at night when we came back. If you just want a place to sleep, this is it.
