When I arrived the floor was sticky. The sitting chair has claw marks on both sides from a cat. I was there a week. After 3 days, I asked for my room to be cleaned. It took 3 days. Garbage was over flowing. Only 1 small garbage can in the room. The inside door lock wouldn’t work. My key kept not letting me in. Needed to get a new key 3 times. The staff was excellent but I don’t recommend staying there.

I needed a place to stay for the day since there was work being done on my house and I was recovering from surgery. When I called about an early check-in, I was told it would be $20 and then if they weren’t sold out, I could get in as early as 8 o’clock, but to call that morning I called that morning and the gentleman told me he would do it for $35 and I couldn’t get in until 11 that they were sold out When I got there at 11. The other gentleman that helped me told me they had not been sold out. Otherwise, everything seemed fine. Room is very minimalist but was fine for my needs

The room was dirty and the staff didn’t want to give extra towels we were there for 5 days! Ended up putting us in another room but we ended up cleaning our own room so that we were comfortable! Worst I’ve seen, no breakfast not anything!!! Dogs barking all night wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

No breakfast as advertised, no towels in room and no housekeepers on site to assist. The front desk was also very rude and unhelpful. We will never be coming back to this Red Lion.

It was terrible tv does not work bed is about to break bathroom mirror is cracked. No microwave. Door lock does not lock correctly. It was terrible. Hope I did not get diseas. I do not recommend. Only good thing was stafff was nice. Please do not go there.
Tv was like Roku you have to subscribe to watch and screen was dark. Does not turn on

Building is run down,beds are old and uncomfortable, staff were not friendly at all. Plus this hotel is in a very rough area with dozens of homeless and drug users all around. Only hotel I’ve ever stayed at that made me feel like I could have someone break into my room and vehicle.

The internet was fast and the service when reserving the room was great, but the people that worked there the next day were not friendly told me that I couldnt use the wifi, wouldnt give me a remote. They than proceeded to make up a reason to cancel reservation and all other travel ammendities.
