「We had an outstanding stay in this lovely, comfortable lakefront home. The home was very clean, the kitchen was fully equipped and with beautiful appliances! Bathrooms were clean and updated. Beds were very comfortable. The lakefront setting was awesome. It’s a truly magical feeling sitting next to a bonfire on the shores of Lake Superior. We highly recommend this property!M. Manzi」

「Three couples trailered our side-by-sides 9 hours to stay for 6 days of fun. Weather didn’t cooperate as much as we’d like but we still had a good time. Minor issues on the property requires some attention…but nothing major. This is a beautiful and comfortable home. The owners are extremely responsive with any/all questions. We are looking forward to booking again for next year.」

「The house was very clean. Had everything we needed from fresh towels to the variety of games. I would recommend it to a friend.You might want to tighten up the front door lock and frame. And maybe add a couple night lights because it’s very dark.We definitely would stay again if we’re in the area. Thank you so much.」

「Teal Wing is a beautiful home with amazing views out all of the windows. It is a very peaceful setting that invites you to relax and glory in the Beauty all around you. We went out on the dock at night to stargaze and we were treated to a magnificent moon rise across the water. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend staying at Teal Wing. The hosts were most gracious and very responsive. Thank you for sharing your wonderful cottage with us.」

「This was our second time staying and we loved it just as much. The house is so thoughtfully designed and comfortable. It is clean with all the amenities needed. We love walking along the sandy beach, meals on the deck, and enjoying fires and stargazing by the lake. The house is convenient for the Porkies, waterfalls, and other sights in the area. We were sad to leave and hope to visit again!」

「This was an awesome house that fit 5 of us comfortably. So close to the Porky's you could do so much hiking and explore Lake Superior. We would come back here if we head back this way. 」

「Very private setting and extremely quiet. On dead end road and very little traffic. The small lake is a gem, particularly because there are no motorboats. Access to hiking, including in the Sylvania Wilderness, is a real plus. For folks looking for a true northwoods getaway free from noise, traffic and crowds and surrounded by natural beauty, this place qualifies.」

「Very cozy place. Loved the hot tub, loved cooking on the grill! Stocked kitchen all you have to do is bring your own food. We brought our family pet dog with us and he loved being welcome. Definitely will be visiting again in the future!」
