Converted flat in Georgian building Central Exeter Quiet location 15 mins walk to town. One double bedroom and small double sofa bed in lounge (on request) Please note the bathroom is off the lounge so if 4 people using the flat you have to walk through the lounge to get to the bathroom.

Great spot close to Exeter central

Great spot with short walk to central Exeter, and easy to get in and out of town with a car. The private parking was excellent bonus.

Everything was great

Really nice place to stay in Exeter. It has everything you need for a couple of days in the city and is in a quiet and safe neighbourhood that is still within walking distance to the city centre.

Fantastic flat in Exeter

An ideal place to stay in Exeter with everything you could possibly require for a comfortable and relaxing time. Great location for the town centre whilst being on a nice and quiet road with the bonus of a parking space. Would very happily stay here again when I next visit Exeter, it was perfect for me!

Exeter wedding trip

The property was exactly as described and met all my requirements. The only thing I would suggest would be helpful is a shelf in the bathroom. Trying to put makeup on with nowhere to put things down was a nuisance. Overall I would recommend this property 100%. The owner was good at communicating and answered all booking queries quickly. There is an allocated parking space which is such a help.

Week in Exeter

We enjoyed our stay very much. The flat is well well designed and an ideal size for 2 people, just lacking a dishwasher and shaving point. It has a lovely bathroom, bedroom and a good kitchen. It is ideally located for a short walk to the City Centre and Cathedral and onto the Quay. The off street parking is excellent and very convenient.

Family of 3, One month stay

Great location, near to the city center, but far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. Well equipped, attractive and homely accommodation. Good communications from the owner Annalisa. She very promptly arranged of a replacement new washing machine to be installed when the old one failed.

very nice

very nice apartment, I stayed with my wife and 2 children. she has a sofa in the living room and she helped us. Very clean, and with everything you need. from towels to milk in the fridge. Very quiet neighbors, private parking space and close to EXeter FC stadium. many shops and restaurants just a few minutes walk.

Great weekend away

Fantastic little flat located centrally in Exeter. Had everything we needed (and more!) and the blackout blinds provided an excellent sleep. Can't wait to come back! Very clean and well looked after :)

Lovely flat

We stayed a week. 15 minute walk to city centre. Flat well furnished. Pictures must be very recent. Milk, butter, croissant, jam welcome pack very much appreciated. Would visit again.
