Het enige punt van kritiek is de bewegwijzering aan de buitenkant van het gebouw toen we laat terugkwamen en we niet makkelijk konden vinden hoe we de nachtportier konden bereiken. Voorde rest was het prima!

Heerlijk weekend gehad in Exloo. Heel vrienelijk personeel, mooi groot zwembad , heerlijk geslapen , goed matras . Ontbijt was prima en ook het diner . Geen klachten !!

Kamers prima en schoon. Wij waren met z’n drieen; er werd een bed bijgezet, dat was een opklapbed, dat sliep wat minder comfortabel. Restaurant ook goed, bediening in de avond duurde wel lang, misschien door personeelstekort. Mooie uitvalsbasis voor de hunebedden, Wildlands en het Ermerstrand. Al met al een prima verblijf gehad.

Eerste keer hier. Ruime kamer met een balkon, airco werkte prima. Prima badkamer met een lekkere douche. Vriendelijk ontvangen. Mooie, rustige omgeving, makkelijk parkeren. Dit keer geen gebruik gemaakt van de aanwezige faciliteiten maar kom nog een keer terug.

Wat een fijn en net hotel ! Restaurant ook zeer goed. 1 klein minpuntje was dat het zwembad voor onderhoud gesloten was.

Goed hotel netjes, alleen jammer dat mensen 2 dagen de auto op de lader laten staan zodat overige gasten niet kunnen laden.

Personeel vriendelijk en heel behulpzaam;organisatie slecht. Voor het eerst in jaren weer eens een hotel bezocht en ruim 4 weken van te voren ook een tafel in het restaurant gereserveerd op kerstavond, we mochten er echter niet in en moesten naar een bijzaaltje, reden, te druk ondanks reservering, een behoorlijke domper, werd niet goed gemaakt door bijv. een gratis kop koffie. De volgende ochtend naar het ontbijt, ook gereserveerd, ook hier kregen we te horen geen plaats, heb als invalide ruim 10 minuten moeten staan tot een behulpzame serveerster een plek aan de bar schoonmaakte en voor ons regelde, geen tafeltje dus maar wel een zit plek. De volgende ochtend 2e kerstdag, nog 1 plek voor 2 vrij aan een tafeltje. Bij het vertrek en afrekenen kregen de gasten voor en achter ons een fles wijn mee, wij dus niet. Dus nooit geen fletcher meer.
