Quite basic in terms of amenities but perfectly adequate for our needs: clean, en suite, fan in room and kettle with teas/coffees etc. Well located for the beach and Pavilion and just a few minutes' walk to the town.The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I would happily stay again.

Overlooking the bay and a short walk from the beach, this is a good setting for a seaside hotel. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was excellent. The room was ok, although the "garden view" was rather optimistic, as we were at the far side and our view was very restricted. The bed could use an upgrade, and the window rattled in the wind. The shower was not suitable for a large person, but otherwise acceptable. There is a small lift to all floors, including the very smart breakfast room in the basement.

Lovely hotel overlooking the sea and easy walking distance to the beach and centre. Staff are friendly and so helpful. Great breakfast! This is our second stay here and will defintely be back in coming months.
