The apartment is probably the best equipped one we have ever rented and the owners thought of every detail in the amenities provided. "We stayed here as a group of 5 for a bit more than a week to enjoy the climbing opportunities close by. The house was really nice and we enjoyed spending our evenings here. Check-in and communication with the host was straightforward and uncomplicated. The only complaint we had in the group, was that one of the beds is too soft (like really not usable soft). Which wasn't a problem with 5 people and 4 available beds, but if groups are lager that might be a point to consider. Overall we really...

"The communication was good. The apartment was filled with top-quality workmanship. The security was excellent. The entrance way was beautiful, the woodwork and tile throughout was impressive. "We had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel. The place was spotlessly clean, beautifully designed, and decorated in a stylish modern-contemporary way. We were due to arrive after the reception’s usual closing time, but the hotel went out of their way to accommodate us, staying their until 10:30pm just so we could check in. Check-in was quick and effortless, and from the very start, the service exceeded our expectations. One of the owners personally helped us, and she was simply phenomenal — warm, welcoming, and genuinely caring. She even went above and beyond to help us with our travel plans, looking up Bernina Express train times and sending the information to me via WhatsApp. The breakfast the next morning was delicious and set us up perfectly for our onward journey. This was the perfect pit stop before catching the Bernina Express, and we left feeling well-rested, cared for, and very impressed. We would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area."
