The room was comfortable and pretty clean. The bathroom was in some disrepair, as the baseboard heating cover was missing and there were some nicks in the tub. Overall a pleasant stay, comfortable bed and nice pillows. I love the location right next to Saltys for breakfast and the price is very reasonable.

They really need to have at least a continental breakfast since we did not see any place closeby to get that. Otherwise we enjoyed the property and they were very helpful in getting us to the Alaskan Railroad Depot on time.

The best part of this hotel is the front desk manager Candace Martin. She is absolutely amazing. She helped us to have a late checkout and got us a ride to the airport. She is a wealth of knowledge. This hotel is blessed to have such a fantastic manager. Thank you

Convenient location in downtown. Rooms were very small and ours smelled a bit musty. I guess it was alright for a 2 night stay. Room cleanliness could be better. Staff was helpful and offered to book us courtesy Lyft rides when the shuttle didn’t show up.
