“Check in process was a little hectic. We were given the wrong apartment and then couldn't get keys to the correct apartment. We spent about 3 hours trying to get squared away. Also, the pool was not operable during our stay. The location was perfect; the apartment building is nice and full of amenities. Had it not been for the check in process, this would have made for a perfect stay.”

“Me and my husband went to Atlanta for a 4-day vacation. BCA provided us a home-like apt to stay. The apt was spacious, clean & neat, provided with all the appliances needed. The neighbourhood was quite. The location was very convenient (right off the freeway, walks to transit). The only shortfall was a low water pressure in the shower room. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay again with BCA next time visit Atlanta.”

"The route to the room was confusing and there was no clear guidance. Many guests, like us, kept getting lost and taking the wrong paths over and over again.
The front desk service was excellent. The interior of the hotel rooms, the swimming pool facilities, the bar, etc. all met the standards of a four-star hotel. However, the toilet in the room was not much different from that in a motel. It was rather simple and it seemed that the hotel had run out of funds when it came to decorating the toilets in the rooms."
