Francis at the front desk was a big help with an unexpected change to our itinerary and ,although it was an Expedia booking, she walked us through the steps to get our refund. The location within National Harbor is excellent for events in the area."

"Stayed here for a work trip. Room was cute and comfortable. There were two waters when I got there but they never brought new ones. Check in was super easy and I was very appreciate they were able to get me into my room early. However the bartender seemed kind of rude and the person at the desk was also not very friendly. They have a sign for mimosas but told me they were out at 11am Sunday. Rooftop bar was supposed to be open Sunday at 5 but supposedly the managers decided to close it. I’d stay here again but the hospitality downstairs could definitely use some improving. Could’ve been just the crew for the weekend because Friday check in and Monday check out were fine."

"Everything was beautiful, we had to get transferred because our room kept who would let us in, better room, but some things were chipping(paint gap in the faucet , overall beautiful hotel, great service from the Staff. And amazing drinks "
