Stunning Views + Hot Tub Escape near WLU & VMI at Sunrise Ridge
- Amazing contemporary home features a stunning mountain view from the hot tub patio and a spacious open layout filled with vintage furniture. This piece of paradise located on 6 private acres is the perfect weekend mountain escape! 15 minutes to downtown Lexington, W&L, VMI. 10 minutes to the Virginia Horse Center. Minutes from Ecco Adesso Vineyard and Rockbridge Winery. As a pet-friendly property, we warmly welcome your pets with a pet fee of $150.
The home has a step-free entry from the driveway and a first floor primary bedroom with queen bed and an en suite bath. The open living area is designed for both comfort and function, with a fully stocked kitchen, bar seating for four, and thoughtful decor and amenities throughout. Two additional bedrooms are located just off the great room up 5 stairs - Bedroom 1 has a king bed, Bedroom 2 has a full bed and a twin bed. Bedrooms 1 and 2 share a bathroom with jack n jill access. Amenities include a hot tub, pack`n`play, high chair & games making it the perfect escape for a couples weekend or a family trip!

- The booking party must be 25 years of age or older and present during the entire stay.
- Please remove your shoes inside.
- There is no smoking allowed anywhere on the property.
- Pets are permitted with pet fee.

- Parties are not permitted. Please limit unregistered house guests to five additional people.
- Please be respectful of our neighbors by keeping your noise level low, especially after 10pm.
