"There are definitely some house issues that l see from other reviews that were still present during our stay. Not sure if they were communicated to Jennifer directly or just left in the review, but l addressed them in an email to her and she was very responsive so l hope they will be corrected for future renters. But these were just minor irritations compared to how wonderful this house was for our group. The location was great. Granted you would not walk to the slopes with all of your gear, etc...

"Our family was in Lexington for our cadets graduation from VMI. Location is close enough to town that we could travel back and forth easily to attend multiple events throughout the day. "We traveled here with 6 adults and 3 children and had a wonderful time! The cottage is in a beautiful location and close enough to get to stores and restaurants. It’s incredibly clean, well-appointed and perfect for big groups. The owners are very friendly. We enjoyed exploring outside and playing games with the kids. There are also lots of hiking options nearby. We were there for a wedding but we would definitely come back!"

Plenty of room and gorgeous woodwork and wrap around porch. Beds and shower were especially nice! Lots of extra touches to make you feel welcome and special! "We stayed at the property over the weekend for a graduation. Although the drive to the school was a bit long, it was manageable. The house was very nice and clean, looking exactly like the pictures. When we arrived, we had a small issue, but Will addressed it promptly and professionally. We’ll definitely return. If you’re not comfortable with mountain driving or have anxiety about it, this might not be the place for you, but it’s definitely worth it. Thank you!"
