“The staff was wonderful. The room was clean, but the couch cushion had stains on it. The sink in the kitchenette also drained slowly. We were thankful for the supplies in the room - dish soap, paper towels, etc. The property seemed newer and was nicely appointed. The grounds had some trash on it. The pool was dirty and cold with no pool towels clean. It closed fairly early too which was upsetting (8pm). The breakfast buffet was okay, but the warm food didn't stay that way, and they ran out of……

“The carpet in the room hadn’t been vacuumed. There were strings and lint all over. Bathroom sink was missing stopper. Bathroom floor had dirt around the door casing. No one at desk at checkout so I just left my key on the counter. At this price point, I expected better.”

“We checked in around 10 pm and the receptionist was on her cell phone the entire time she checked us in. She gave us the room cards and pointed to the elevator. We were clearly an Inconvenience to her The only saving grace was the kind lady who was on Duty when we checked out. There was an old musty smell in the lobby. The toilet was slow to flush and fill. It was convenient to the airport but sometimes convenience does not equal quality”
