Great Location, needs a clean
The location of the property, a short drive to Fairhaven beach and in a quiet area was just as expected. The bush outlook of the property was also welcome. The upstairs kitchen, dining and lounge area was a good space with plenty of room for the family.
The property unfortunately needed a good clean with cobwebs in rooms, the downstairs carpet with stains and the bathrooms needing some work.
On the outside, once again, it needed a good clean as there were cobwebs on all windows and old wasp nests in the screen doors. The BBQ was very untidy and not inviting to use.
